Jimmy Simien has been a Clear Lake resident for over 30 years. A 1988 graduate of Clear Lake High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Jimmy started his professional career in banking and corporate finance prior to his transition to real estate in 2002. In 2009 Jimmy branched out on his own and Simien Properties was born. Since that time, Jimmy has molded a boutique organization of skilled professionals equipped to handle the ever changing Houston real estate market. He really feels having a "collaborative" atmosphere has helped with their success. In 2016 Jimmy started The Simien Team, within Simien Properties.
